IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CLEARWATER UNIT 7C:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Beach Front Balcony, (1) Elevator, Outdoor Communal Pool, Outdoor Communal Grill, WIFI

*PARKING: This complex offers onsite parking for 1 vehicle. Your vehicle must have a parking pass filled out completely and the pass must always be visible to avoid being towed. Clearwater has limited parking, therefore only (1) parking pass is included in your reservation. No additional passes can be purchased. Luna Beach Properties will have the pass inside your unit on the kitchen counter upon arrival. Trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.

*PETS: This property is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site will result in immediate eviction and possible extra charges if damages occur.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com, to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

CLEARWATER Unit 7C:

This quaint 1 bedroom/ 1 bath, capable of sleeping 6, offers plenty of space for you and your family! Located directly on the beach, on East Beach, Clearwater is minutes from shopping, dining, and the Gulf State Park Pier.
The spacious Living Room offers ample seating, features a Sleeper Sofa, and plenty of additional seating for each member of your group. Gulf front views can be enjoyed from the 7th floor balcony, all the way to the Kitchen, which is fully stocked with both large and small appliances, including a standard coffee maker and Keurig, cookware, utensils, and Granite countertops. The open Dining Area features a table with seating for 4, with 2 additional seats offered at the adjacent bar.
The Bedroom offers a King bed with nightstand, dresser, and television. Additional sleeping is available in the 2, built-in Bunk Beds located in the hallway. The spacious bathroom can be accessed privately from the Bedroom, but also from the Hallway for convenience. The Bathroom features a Tub/Shower Combo, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.
This unit was recently renovated with New Paint, and New Smooth Ceilings, which offers a Fresh, Clean feeling and updated appearance.
Clearwater offers an outdoor pool and shower, a Boardwalk to the Beach, and a Grilling area with seating.

Clearwater is centrally located between Mobile & Pensacola Airports. Biloxi, MS Casinos are only 2 hours away!

Enjoyable stay for us. Management company was wonderful and responsive, and the beach view was terrific. Close to local restaurants and state pier. Would recommend the owner do some upgrades, reason for 3 stars on furniture quality. But room was large and AC worked great. Would stay again.

Clearwater offers a pool that is private, and for use of Clearwater owners and guests only. To access the pool area you will be provided an entry code at the time of arrival. Please keep this information private, and do not allow others to go through the gate without the code.

The pool offers lounge chairs, and seating for you to enjoy relaxing by the pool.

Take a dip in the pool or just lay out on the pool deck and catch some sun rays...don't forget the sunscreen!

Very pleasing to the eye!!! Endless views of the sugary sand beaches, and turquoise blue waters.

The sugary sand beaches are just a few steps away from the building, and offer plenty of fun in the sun.

You can be on your 7th floor balcony one minute, then sticking your toes in the sand on East Beach the next.

Clearwater is located beachfront and offers an awesome beach to enjoy.

Enjoy the sunrise and sunset!

The beach is only steps away from the complex and offers plenty of space to lay out your beach blanket or your chair. Tents and umbrellas are welcome but not after dark. All items must be removed from the beach daily so please only leave behind your footprints!
